Writers Digest is offering a competition exclusively for authors of self-published books (19th annual).  $100 entry fee or $75 for subsequent entries for a bound and printed book for which the author or a grant has paid the entire publishing costs.  Winners receive cash and prizes, but more importantly, exposure and endorsement; this gives the author more freedom to do what we do best.
The deadline is April 15 for books self-published between 2006 and 2011, and books are judged on content, writing quality, and production quality.
Here is the link for the contest:  http://www.writersdigest.com/selfpublished?et_mid=81202&rid=3146896
