The California Writers Club celebrated our 100th year of literary history in 2009. We are dedicated to educating writers of all levels of expertise in the craft of writing and in the marketing of their work.

The century-old club has 18 branches throughout California, and over 1100 members.  Our branch was founded in October of 1990 and is in its 20th year.

The High Desert Branch of the CWC meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon in the Community Room of the Apple Valley Library.

The public is welcome!

Critique sessions available!

The California Writers Club is a non-profit organization.
